On the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, we host a Beginners Yoga class inside Howard Coffin Park. If you’re new to yoga, this class is a perfect starting point! Please bring your yoga mat (and blocks if needed). Class time is from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM on the stage inside the building.
