Pop-Up Slow Flow Yoga with Michelle Quick at Balance Wellness Studio.
Combination of creative and accessible movements with a focus on alignment and balance to improve your body’s flexibility and mobility. A variety of elements including Pranayama, Sun Salutations, Meditations, and longer held Asanas, all included to assist in building strength.
Types of yoga: Vinyasa, Flow, Hatha
Level: Beginner, Intermediate
Experience Needed: Knowledge of yoga poses
