Golden Isles Belly Dance is thrilled to introduce our brand-new Nightclub Shimmy Belly Dance Workout with Elena — a fun, high-energy, follow-along class designed for all ages and perfect for anyone ready to kick off those New Year’s resolutions without the boring gym routine.
If you’ve always wanted to learn a little belly dance and get in shape in a fun way, this class is your perfect match. Think of it as a dance party that secretly sneaks in belly dance technique — isolations, hip work, shimmy drills, and fluid arms — all blended into a nonstop workout set to upbeat, feel-good music.
Class Details:
• When: Wednesdays at 7:30–8:30 pm
• Dates: January 7 through February 25
• Cost: $105 if signed up and paid before December 5
• $125 after December 5
This is a follow-along workout class, so no dance experience is needed. Just show up, let loose, and have a blast!
