Join Champion for Children Ciera Womack for an evening of celebration and support at Safe Harbor’s Champions for Children Fundraising Fiesta, hosted by Bubba Garcia’s and Schroeder’s Market on Thursday, April 18th, 2024. This special event features a deliciously curated dinner and drinks experience, complemented by live entertainment and a silent auction—all dedicated to championing the cause of children in need.
Indulge in a curated dinner and drinks experience starting at 5:30 PM at Schroeder’s Market, where you’ll enjoy appetizers and pre-dinner drinks, including:
- Queso Fundido& House-made Grassroots Pork Chorizo
- Cured Meats, Mexican Cheeses & Escabeche
- Javi’s Sparkling Sangria.
Then, at 6:30 PM, the celebration continues at Bubba’s for a three-course dinner and two drinks, followed by a cash bar:
- First Course: Campechana & Ceviche with Anchored Shrimp & Local Catch with garnishes of limes, fresh avocados, onion, radish and cilantro
- Tasting of Dry Chilies (as dusts & powders)
- Second Course: Surf & Turf tacos featuring House-made Georgia Grown Corn Tortillas, Buttered Roasted Main Lobster, and Grilled Wagyu Beef with Garlic Confit and Roger’s Microgreens
- Refried Heirloom Beans with House Cured Lardo with Lime Salt Crema
- Dessert: Scratch Made Chaco Taco
