Come join us for a Chakra Clearing Sound Bath!
Sound baths are an easy way to let go of stress and rejuvenate your mind and spirit. Kimberly Barteau with Light Work Energy will bring you into a deepened state of meditation to refresh your chakras while bathing you in soothing sounds. The sound bath will feature crystal singing bowls, Tibetan brass singing bowls, a drum, and chimes.
Sound baths have been practiced for millennia! Documented in Egypt, Greece, amongst Native North Americans, and many other cultures.
