Beginners’ Yoga 6-Week Series

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Perfect for the aspiring yogi or the yogi who wants to renew and review the practice. During the six weeks not only will the poses be taught, but also the tradition, philosophy, breath work, meditation, and other components of the practice that balances and unites body, mind and spirit. You’ll also be introduced to other styles of yoga and learn to create your own personal practice.
Six week series begins Sunday, January 7, 2024 and runs through Sunday, February, 11, 2024

Registration includes 6 weeks of instruction, workbook, Discount Coupon for Props (mats, bags, straps, blocks, bolsters) and Special Discounted Unit Pass upon completion.

Regular Weekly Class Passes do not apply; however, if you have an unused class pass you’d like to have credited toward this workshop, please contact the studio for arrangements.
