Workshop Description:
Enter a realm where your inner world becomes a landscape of magic, myth, and transformation.
In Befriend Your Dragons, participants embark on a narrative healing journey inspired by Dungeons & Dragons—mixing somatic movement, expressive writing, breathwork, and guided meditation into a powerful quest for emotional clarity.
You will create your own “character,” identify the dragons (patterns, fears, stresses) you’ve been battling, and meet them through intuitive movement rather than force. This workshop invites softness over struggle, curiosity over fear, and partnership over self-criticism.
Through breath, gentle swaying, journaling, and guided imagery, you will explore your inner story and learn to befriend the dragons that have followed you through the years.
No mirrors. No pressure. Just magic, movement, and emotional release.
