Reiki I Workshop & Attunements
The Reiki I Workshop is the first level of Reiki training – the focus is on self-Reiki and of sharing with close loved ones.
You’ll learn to let Reiki flow and protocol for application to “know it’s working” including scanning, standard hand positions, a complete session for self & others, and running energy.
Each day will consist of lecture, discussion, experience, meditation, journaling, and opportunities to practice on yourself and others.
Schedule:
Friday 4:00-8:00pm
Saturday 11:00 am-4:30pm
Students will learn what Reiki is, how to access it, and how to use it.
We end each workshop with a Reiki Share Circle. Circle will be Saturday at 3:00pm and last until approximately 4:30pm. All local Reiki Practitioners (of any level) are invited to join us for Circle.

Journal, Snacks to Share; Optional: Pillows, Blanket, Yoga Mat
