Golden Isles Belly Dance is growing, and we are so excited to add Mellow Mondays – Restorative Yoga class with Susanne!
Give yourself a break you deserve with our new Restorative Yoga Classes. This yoga class will all be about relaxing, letting the first workday of the week melt away, and preparing for a fun and rewarding week ahead!
This series will run from September 8 through October 20, with 60-min classes taking place on Mondays, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
